MHN includes outpatient rehabilitation. Outpatient rehabilitation conducted at an outpatient facility may require prior approval of the MHN or referral. Monetary insurance and deductible amounts are determined by the subscriber’s specific plan.

Outpatient rehabilitation refers to the treatment services provided while the patient is at home. At other times, the patient may spend their days in a treatment facility and return home at night to the hospital. Any drug-assisted treatment, including the use of Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone), methadone, naltrexone, or any other FDA-approved drug, is subject to pharmaceutical contracts governed by Health Net. The co-insurance and deductible amounts are determined by the subscriber’s specific insurance plan.

Limitations, limitations, duplicates, and deductions vary depending on the health net insurance plan, but different types of network residential facilities can provide care and treatment.

Sober living homes are sometimes included as part of the inpatient rehabilitation experience and are recommended by the inpatient facility. They usually conduct any pre-authorization and establish a medical need before a patient is examined.
